well, from the response Im going to step up to the plate and go ahead with coding.
From what I just saw of uplink, its got a similar feel to it.

Well, Im going to need lua coders then. If you are a coder but dont know lua, its real simple, do the 2 tutorials out there and keep a list of commands handy, like I did. Im only a 2 month old lua coder, but Id done some pascal etc before that, so its a real easy language to me!

Good news, I already started the program. wrote some generic code that does what every tool would, next step is deciding which tools to include, a mission select system, and some misions of course!!!

Im open to suggestions, and might set up a forum for this.
