well if you dont have a wireless router/access point, u wernt able to upgrade, well now theve released it at www.yourpsp.com to get it follow these steps,
1) goto www.yourpsp.com and choose ur langauge
2) click help and advice
3) click PSP Esentials
4) click System Software
5) last of all click download now
