He was being an ass, but remember, we all did gang up on him. He should be allowed his defence to a degree, although, a degree I admit he crossed, an IP ban of any kind is very harsh guys, I myself have had one, you cannot even view any part of the site if IP banned, a short username ban and a good warning is all he needs.
