| Well... you might have the roms zipped, if you do you need to extract them with a program like WINRAR.
If this isnt the case, make sure the "n64" folder is in the root of the memory stick (this is where the psp folder is - put it next to the psp folder)

And there is a rom size limit (8-16mb)
