To get out of safe mode: do the same thing Go into run in the start menu then type in "msconfig" a window will pop up and the click on the tab reading "BOOT.INI" look in the box that says "Boot options" (It will say in the box for ex. /SAFEBOOT, /NOGUYBOOT etc...) UN-CHECK /SAFEBOOT then click apply restart your pc and it will be Windows VISTA! (well not really )
