PSP Turrican Information And L.A.S.T Demo Released!

Arguru, from our forums, has 'released' information on his new project, PSP Turrican. It uses an all-new graphics/game engine, not the same as SMM (Super Mini Mario) for PSP. Although this project was not really meant to be publicized on homepages as of yet, the information was 'leaked', so I suppose it's too late to change anything, therefore we are letting you all know about it as well.

So far, PSP Turrican is looking outstanding, but if you want a preview of the engine that PSP Turrican will use, Arguru has also released a demo of L.A.S.T, which is the preliminary shoot-em-up engine (PSP Turrican will also feature non-linear scroll-maps, some 2d basic physics (body), and some map/tiling AI so map-text files can be edited easier; the engine will fill corners, shadows, etc). A new release should be coming in the next few weeks, and as with SMM, expect a constant 60 FPS! Great work Arguru, keep at it bud!

Download L.A.S.T v0.01 from PSP 3D here.
Check out the original release thread with more information here.
