Between the weekend and the start of the hot, long, and uneventful days of summer, we appear to have lost track of the Internet for a bit. Slightly behind on news; we are approx. one day behind at the time of this post. Time to catch up, and post some of the great new things that have been happening today!
ZX-81 has released a new version of PSPAtari, an Atari 800/130/5200 (one of the most popular consoles of yesteryear) homebrew emulator for the PSP. As promised by ZX-81, the new version features sound support, additional screen size/render modes, and a bunch of new code optimizations and fixes since the last release. Great work ZX-81!
Features/fixes in v1.0.2 include:
- Sound supported.
- Added various render modes (normal/fit/x1.25 ...).
- Code cleaned and some bugs fixed.
- New virtual keys.
