You can try -

1) SNES9x TYL 0.4 TYLme
2) GeMP 3.3
3) Super Mario War

But most of all, put HOURS of video on it! You can use DVD Decrypter to rip the files to your harddrive, and PSP Video 9 to transcode them to PSP format!
