On Your PC/Mac/Other OS
Copy the PSPSET Folders To PSP/Game
Copy the GameBoot to the root of your ms

On PSP
Goto Game,
Memory Stick
Select PSPSet
Once Loaded Press Change Boot Screen
Press BootScreen

A list should come up, ignore it
When its done either press
Home
or
Click Back, Then Exit
