Well i just changed mien today and im goign to teach you gusy how to do it
Only for 1.5 users

1) Ok step one install xflash on your psp(download link below)

2)Download the bootscreen...i used the 1 below because its pretty nice its like 2 slashes across the screen with blood and it then says psp

3)Put the bootscreen you downloaded on the root of your memory stick.(link at bottom.

4)Load up Flash x and then go down to CHANGE GAME BOOT INTRO and push TRIANGLE!! it will change in a second

5)Push home and exit the app.

6)Load a game or UMD and look how sick it is Enjoyy
