Create a Folder called 'ISO' in the root of your memory,
then open the ISO file with winrar, now drag and drop the tonyhawks.iso file
from winrar to your psp's ISO folder. Now basically wait till the iso has been
uploaded...load up your fastloader or woteva and click x on tonyhawks.iso
and it should load no problems
