well im sure youve all heard that my psp came back to me with non-repaired buttons. and that i called immediatly when my psp came back, that it wasnt repaired but actually only fucked up more. i could send it back but waited for like 2 weeks because my father wanted it to send himself

so now a few days ago my psp fell on the ground and has 2 little damages on the casing but is good inside the psp (hardware and buttons, everything works, EXCEPT OFFCOURSE THE BUTTONS THEY SCREWED) so now i called sony and explained that it fell but that i have proof that it came back stuck because i called them the day it came back and was stuck. so they said that they had to ask the supervisor.

so i just called them back and he said that the super visors conclusion was that for the price of 89 € they could repair it. i was like WTF

so now my mother is going to get very angry when shes going to call them back in an hour

and if they wont repair it, i will go to a dutch tv-program called ''kassa'' or ''de consumentenbond'' or else the judge.

they screw my psp and i tell them honest that it fell after it came back and after they screwed it and that it has only a damage on the outside and now they wont repair the buttons :S:S
