For ALL files needed for 1.5-1.0 downgrade go to psp-hacks.com


i tried the downgrading thing and it made my psp version go to 1.0 but did not flash anything else
all it said was extracting ipl_blah.prx
fixing error ipl
then it rebooted with every thing the smae except the version number and didnt even ask to flash
