| Hmm, I have mixed feelings about a PSP version of Oblivion. I have the PC version, and one of the major reasons I bought it was because of it's malleability. With the PC one, I was actually able to make the game look even better through modding, and I don't know if I'd have the same feelings about it if I were to play it on my PSP. I'm sure the handheld is more then capable at playing the game, and those who do not have a 360 or a good PC will simply love it. The game mechanics are a little hard to get used too, but once you figure out how it works, you will probably find yourself creating your own character class, to fit your playing style. I've been playing the game for over two months now, and I haven't even started the main storyline.
The biggest issue is going to be plugins. With the 360 and PC, Bethesda has created many useful and agreeably priced plugins (such as the Mages Tower, Pirate's Cove, and Mehrune's Razor). With Sony's tendency to make it as difficult as possible to modify any games, I question how they are going to do this, without openning an exploit for us to get through. |
