Thats what I do, you get really quick at it actually when you do it more. On my computer I just keep three folders, one is a mirror image of my 2.0 file hierarchy, one is a mirror image of my 1.5 file hierarchy and the 3rd is my downgrader folder. Its the only way to go for now.
