yeah but lose money on the games. Last time i checked, which was a while ago, a 2 gig memory stick could fit 4 games.

when i last bought a 2 gig memory stick it cost me ₤90. If each game costs around ₤30, then Sony have lost exactly one games worth of profits, and thats if you only get 4 games, ignoring the fact that people might have more than that.
