Well its obvious you dont have a TA-082 if you have a 2.01, its SUPER rare to see a TA-082 2.01 psp, well hope you can find an unpatched version, got any friends that have GTA, ask to see theirs for a sec and see if it has the 2.0 or 2.60 update on it, if it has 2.0 than ask if you can borrow it for an hour so you can downgrade
