Yuppers, its bricked dude, but psp's dont brick on their own, exactly what did you do the last time you succesfully used it?

Edit: Unless it wouldnt turn on after you replaced the faceplate, then you might have screwed up a wire, but what i dont get about that is its acting 100% like a brick, not like a messed up wire
