Well they didnt know that it WAS a psp when they pulled him out of the car, they just knew hed hidden something away quickly when he saw the officer.
But i dont blame the police for approaching a car parked outside a federal building at night with no lights on. Would seem a bit suspicious really wouldnt it.
I suppose all security forces are very careful when it comes to suspicious activity and possible terrorist threat, and have to treat each possible case the same. The fact that it was a psp isnt the point really. The point is that they suspected suspicious activity and then when they approached, he quickly hid it away, which, to them would seemingly prove them correct in their accusations of 'suspicious activity'.

But anyway, I dont know, n Im just going on now... just in case anyone wanted to post 'stfu, u dont know wot ur tlkin about!' at me :P
