Noobz have just released the first homebrew game for 2.70, 2.71, and 2.80 firmware, Tetris. This groundbreaking release marks yet another blow for Sony's campaign to end homebrew usage on the PSP handheld. Alongside the Tetris release, the Noobz team has also released a SDK (software development kit) for 2.70 to 2.80 firmwares, allowing you to create and/or port games for the new firmwares (as well as any PSP 2.0 and higher, since the TIFF exploit is compatible). Great work Noobz, can't wait to see all the new 'brew flowing in!
Note: If you're having trouble getting this to work, try highlighting the TETRIS folder in the PHOTO menu, then press Start to start a slideshow. This seems to be the most reliable method for running it.
