HELP! Editing a PBP from Command-Line...

Hey guys

Ive done SO MUCH research on this, and have not found any solution even close...

What i am doing is creating software for the average PSP joe to make EBOOT's for loading ISO's, using modified DevHookGUI EBOOT's. With this, the software will ask the user for the name of the game, the name of the ini file and auto-load graphic, and also for graphics to add to the EBOOT.

I've figured out the part of editing the EBOOT.PBP with a command-line HEX find & replace tool to change the devhook.INI file and autoload.png reference to [gamename].ini and [gamename].png, that was the easy part. My problem follows...

In my guide / existing way of doing this manually, one of the steps is to edit the PBP and change the title and graphics to those that correspond to that of the game. My problem is that i cannot find a PBP editor that is usable with the command line! I found that PSPBrew has SOME command-line options, but it is only for converting and/or installing EBOOTs. I want a command-line PBP edit to replace the PIC# and ICON#.PNG with another one.

Is this currently possible? If there is no software that does this, are the PNG files compressed in the EBOOT? If they are not, i could just use a command-line program to inject & overwrite the existing PNG('s) in the EBOOT (i have done this with other software before).

I'd really appreciate a quick response with this one (as I don;t plant to spend all day on this one). I really hope somone can help, otherwise that second option i mentioned seems like the only way (but i hope the PNGs are uncompressed in the EBOOT...)

Thanks in advance guys.
