| if it appears everytime then yes you have a problem, if it appears only after devhook might be something wrong with devhook.
if you can access xmb at all try reinstalling the registry for one of the net or a mate and see if it works any better by using file assisstant to delete the old ones and copy the replacement registry over
or you could try reupdating to 1.5
