I couldn't find the rules or anything, but i had a question...

Currently i am working on software that will create EBOOT's for you to directly load a specified ISO. It is built on DevHookGUI v3.3. I was wondering if this would be a valid submission? I assume it isn't, since it is a PC based softwaare

I think the software I am making is very nifty to be honest, it has an autoload graphic specific to your game, and DevHook settings and the ISO to load are specific to the EBOOT... but still, it isn't really 'homebrew' just a handy bit of PC software. Sucks that i can't enter that...
