No .. Iso loaders require kernel access which hasn`t been found yet in 2.00/2.01/2.50/2.60 . Iso loaders only work on 1.50 . This is for homebrew but so far nobody reported that it works . I tried it myself on my 2.01 EU PSP and it didn`t work for me .
