Not too bad! I've made an installer you may find useful though. It just installs everything you need on your PSP with no hassle. I'll upload it in a sec.

EDIT: Actually, the one I made doesn't cover the 2.71 downgrade bit, only the installing 2.71 SE from 1.5.
