Kevin and Tarek have just released a new beta of their new homebrew shell, Devious. This newly developed application is growing fast, and some believe that it could even have the potential to become more popular than iR Shell! Even though the project is still in it's beta stages, it's already packed with awesome features, including an MP3 Player, and USB support!
Here are Kevin's comments on this release:

I decided to stay up all night last night and work on this. I added some great features. BIG thanks to DreaDNoughT for helping me even more getting this running and with the coding.

Features & Fixes in v0.5:
* MP3 player
* USB support
* Options (Shows batt. info as of now.)
* Multi-Tasking Capabilities (You can listen to music while doing other things)
* Both triggers exit shell
* Exit GUI via Start - Takes a minute
There are still a few known bugs, and this has only been tested on firmwares 1.00 and 1.50. This shell does require kernel access, so 2.80 users will have to wait.
Anyways, great work, guys! We hope to see this shell grow much more!
