My guess is that somenthin is wrong with the installation. Also...if the file is corrupt im almost 100% sure that the name could not be the correct one.
im pretty sure you are suppost to run the 2.71 se-b update from only 1.5


AND just downgrade back to 1.5, its wayyyy easier
