I had an idea today. Since there are no new portals coming out now and days, why not put together a little guide to the PSP that people can view directly on their console? I'm basically thinking everything from a comprehensive history of the PSP homebrew(everything from the 1.0 Hello World to 2.71 SE-B2), best homebrew news sites(including PSP 3D of course),tutorials for help with various aspects of the PSP(I would like some help with this) some flash games and movies and cheat codes for top games like LCS. I will do all the coding in Dreamweaver and have a release later on this week. What I would like though is some help with the tutorials, and some graphics artists.
