It's easy. Get UMDGEN 3.50 here, and open the ISO with UMDGEN. Look in the directory PSP_GAME/SYSDIR/UPDATE, highlight the three files, and delete them by right-clicking and selecting 'Delete'. Then save the new ISO over the old.
