Well Where I am It is 1:12 AM And I checked My Psp with the network Update And it is still2.82 So either Japan is ahead of us or this source was not worth trusting Again I know that this Source is from Sony But someone could have forged this so easy And Just made a Japanese Version an a translated it to English.
