If it's not released today, it'll be here very soon. They never guaranteed that it would be out on the 11th, they said it would "start", as Alex mentioned. Not sure exactly what that means, but whatever the case, it's a legitimate news source and 3.00 will definitely be out sometime within the next week or two if not today or tomorrow.
