Mattmanslim is right. It's a modified firmware 2.71 bundled with extra v1.50 PRX modules and a v1.50 OS bootstrap.

The reason you can't use it is because the v1.50 bootstrap wouldn't install and/or run properly under a TA-082 motherboard.

In theory, if 0okm released his "Softdown" tools (Which are illegal), a modified installer could be made for 2.71 SE, so that it could install without the motherboard ruining it. But, it would mean that every SE version update would require a modification to run on TA-082.
