OK, do a hard reboot of your psp (hold down the power button for 5 seconds till it is fully off. turn on the psp, holding R down. a blue menu comes up, go to configuration and hit X

go down to "game folder homebrew" and hit X until it says 1.50 kernel. hit back, then exit and the PSP starts up normal again. put all of your homebrew in the GAME folder or GAME150 folder on your psp. there ya go.
