Unless you can find one with the same voltage and prong setup, I wouldn't try it. Some laptops also have specific charger ends. On some, the magnetic (or whatever) part is on the outside, and some on the inside. You may be risking your whole computer if something goes wrong, so my advice is to keep looking for that charger.
