Ah, I got it working.
I get internal errors when doing certain things; 'system settings', for one.

And that wasn't my problem. I installed 3.01 after the devhook, so the PRX lists were the firmware default, and didn't like emulation.

Heh, plug your PSP into USB, then go to the camera option under PHOTO, and the PC will try and install it.
