You need a program called GMail Drive shell extension. You can find it here:
viksoe.dk - GMail Drive shell extension

It works as an icon in 'My Computer', and you can drag-and-drop files to it and from it as you please.

Now, you can only upload files under 10mb, so RAR them and split them. Once, they're uploaded, you'll get weird messages in your inbox with the files as attachments. Move them to an archive or folder somewhere.
