I see this 3.02 OE firmware. What is it? Like another 2.71 SE firmware?
This is sorta like it. You can run almost all homebrew, anything in game150 folder runs with the 1.50 firmware, anything in game302 runs with 3.02 firmware. All neat features are there, and they added a couple of other neat features (Like you dont need to go online to activate flash and wma)

Going back to 1.5, what homebrew and I run, can I run shells, am I better off with SE-C until more features come out, differences between OE and SE other than firmware numbers, etc...
All homebrew runnable by 2.71 SE C, EXCEPT homebrew that checks what version your using (Like xflash, for example). Those need to allow 3.02 OE, a simple fix I think. You can run shells, this also allows you to connect to a PS3, run the PSX emulator made for it, and see the visualizer for music... Plus more I'm sure. Oh, and you can play the new demos.
