No, that is why we have things called "downgraders". The PSP's firmware resides on an independent, flashable NAND chip. Once you overwrite the previous firmware, you cannot have it back unless you use a downgrader which utilizes a security hole in order to let you downgrade.

Your sig says you have firmware 3.03, and unfortunately, there's no downgrader available for you at this time.
