what firmware is your psp running, as 3.03OE-A can ONLY be used on a 1.50 psp, so if you have a 2.80 downgrade to 2.71 and if you have 2.5-2.7 upgrade to 2.71, once at 2.71 use the generic downgrader (ta-082 if you have a ta-082 model) or use the 2.00/01 downgrader if you have a 2.0/01, and then you can run the installer. note 2.81+ users are screwed for now as no exploit is known to allow downgrade to 1.50 and as such cant use this homebrew or any other homebrew.

if your already at 1.50 then either the program is corrupt or your firmware is first try deleting and putting the files back on the memstick, then try reinstalling the 1.50 Firmware.
