Though it's a nice thing your dad has going, I highly doubt he would have access to anything like that. The private key is limited to, and tightly secured in, SCE's gaming development department.
Even if your dad did have access to that key, he would have to be excruciatingly dimwitted to leak it.

Sony would instantly know who it was that leaked the key, what to do about it, and what action to take against the culprit. Not putting away the instant redundancy, your dad could be charged with infringement of intellectual property rights against Sony Computer Entertainment.

In summary, your dad probably doesn't have access to that information, and even if he did, he wouldn't do that in a million years.
