well firstly im a complete noob (i think thats what you call it)
im kinda in the same situation as the guy at the top of the thread
i thought i was the man when i downgraded my 2.71 to 1.50 and got a bit too cocky and upgraded to 3.03 using a psphacks.com patch.
well now i think i am semi bricked.

i managed to go into the recovery screen
(pink screen) and it says something like
"run recovery in psp/game/recovery/eboot.pdp or something
so i download a 1.50 frimware and put it into the directory above
and i press x to go into recovery mode on my psp
but the screen goes blank and the memory stick light just keeps flashing then not flashing and flashing again.
I downloaded like a 3.03a installer which installs like a recovery thing
so i install that and try running the recovery on my psp again
but the same thing happens.
the psp is my cousins and hes going to chop me up if he finds out what ive done. please help!
