There is One way u can fix it but u need a memory card reader in your pc or laptop i have it my mates psp was bricked too he had card reader on his on his laptop luckily he got his memory card from hes psp an put it in his laptop and installed the recovery menu and it worked he downgraded hes psp once again lol he was happy.
