alright so i am going to go ahead and assume you didnt download the iso illegally off of the internet. once you have the iso ripped using whatever program you use, run an autopopstation gui(the easiest way) to convert it to eboot format. when doing this, make sure you have no other programs up becuase that could mess with the eboot. Make sure the folder in your GAME section contains both the eboot and the keys.bin file (which i also hope you got legally) that is a great game though i had forgotten all about it.
