Flash4 and 3 are less then 1 MBytes in size. Flash0 is about 28 Mbytes, and Flash1 is about 2 Mbytes. All the flashes are really just different partions on the same chip (About 32 Mbytes large). If you wanted to make a "backup" of sorts, you'd have to buy another NAND flash chip, put it on the motherboard, and back them up to that. This is basicly how the PSP modchip works.
