I am also going to agree with Jarrod. Make sure you are close to the Xbox or what ever other gadgets you want to control. The IR range is only a few feet for the psp. Also, it only has a maximum angle of 15 degrees or there abouts, so you need to be roughly in front too. You can't have the fun I had with my universal remote and bouncing the signal off of anything with glass. Glass is very reflective in the IR range of the light spectrum....hehe...I got a few students to belive the classroom was hunted....  | Hey, does IRShell work on 3.03 OE-B?
