Yep, you have these options:
- Shut down PSP with a simple [X] on the icon, and [L]+[X] to reboot;
- The same, but with the loaction free player as well;
- Reboot PSP with a simple [X] on the icon, and [L]+[X] to shut down;
- The same but with Locationfree too.
You can download VSH rebooter 0.2 (without installer) from a Google search for "VSH Rebooter PRX 0.2", and the first result is the best.
For trasnparency, it's not hard. If you've got some ready-made icons, you'll see a colour around the edges, that are see through in the XMB. That's defined in the image (though you can change that, and it's usually black). Use that exact colour for trasnparency.
It's a nice XMB, I'm just troubled as to what I can add to improve it. Perhaps a wallpaper with which I can use the wavy lines, too. That would need a lower resolution image, which I don't like.
