Go to 1.50 first. Safer that way.

I have ta-082 psp so if i upgrade to dark_aleX custom firmware will my psp be like a ta-082 psp or will i still have a high chance of bricking.
The downgrader that noobz is trying to make will have the files to change your file structure, basically after you sucessfully downgrade, you can ignore the ta warnings.

Just be careful downgrading.

I do brick in 3.03 oe c will i still be-able to use recovery mode.
Recovery mode is in FLASH0, so as long as you don't delete flash0 you should be able to fix most problems.

also if i install that java thing will i have a chance of bricking
If it writes to flash0, there is a chance, but more likely if anything DOES go wrong, you will semi brick, what I call "Stoned", which is fixable.
