3.10 OE-A is absolutely terrible. When you flash a custom XMB, it bricks. When you launch Devhook, when you exit, it also bricks. Many things simply refuse to work. Im not insulting Dark_Alex, but you know something is wrong when you have to go into recovery 3 TIMES in one day. Apparently 3.10 has security to brick when flashed/devhooked. Hopefully this problem is unique to me, but I'd stick/go back with/to 3.03 OE-C.
