I just had the same thing. If you have Skip SCE Logo Enabled in the Recovery Menu then the browser givers you a BSOD. Just Disable this and its OK.
I have also noticed that if you have Skip SCE Logo and Hide Corrupt Icons enabled you wont be able to connect to an Access Point.
