Unfortunately, even though it is the same for everyone, you need to make your own, as the DATA.DXAR file is illegal for everyone except the person who made it.

And you can't upgrade straight to 3.03 OE-A from 2.71; heck, I seriously don't recommend upgrading to 3.03 OE-A at all. Later versions have since been released, namely 3.03 OE-C and 3.10 OE-A. But to get to these, you'll need to downgrade to 2.71. You'll also need to tell us whether you have a TA-082 motherboard. This can be checked by comparing the PSP in the picture below with yours.



Just tell us whether your PSP has the highlighted writing on it, ignore the text at the top of the image.
